Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your EZ Stain order. Because EZ Stain is a liquid concrete stain, we can only accept returns of product that is unopened and in its original condition.

Return window

Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, visit our Returns page and follow the steps in the returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Eligible items

Product must be unused, unopened, undiluted, unmixed and in original condition.
Original packaging, labels, caps and safety seals must be intact.
Returns are only available for orders placed directly through ezstain.com.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened, used, mixed, diluted, poured, applied, partially empty, leaking or damaged product cannot be returned.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. EZ Stain does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return postage. Please pack liquid products securely; items damaged in return transit may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, contact us right away at info@ezstain.com with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label so we can make it right. Keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.
