Where we ship
EZ Stain currently ships to addresses within the United States. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- $9.99 flat rate on eligible orders under $99.
Processing and delivery
After checkout, your order is sent to our team for processing and fulfillment. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, location, weather and holidays.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to the address used at checkout once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking. If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep the product and packaging and take photos of the product, packaging and shipping label before disposing of anything. Then contact us at info@ezstain.com and our team will review the issue and help resolve it. If your order is delayed, incorrect or missing tracking, contact us and we'll help.
Hazardous materials
EZ Stain is zero VOC. Its Safety Data Sheet notes that it is not regulated by U.S. DOT shipping regulations and is not considered dangerous goods by IATA or IMO.
